I have been a long time subscriber to MILO and there are active Daylite consultants that participate. I had tried many times to discuss options with them but they were generally unavailable. I knew that I could not run a business and with support that was unavailable. When I called I wanted a person, or a return call quickly. 

One day a lawyer mentioned your training videos. I found your site and called to discuss some issues. The response was quick and very informative. 

You understood what I was trying to accomplish and having been in software development for many years, I knew that you understood and had the resources available to help with what ever level of customization I needed.
