We use iSoftphone in house at MacAngel and whenever a call comes in, we have it connect to FoneConnector and bring up all of our client information just as you see in the video below.

With the LinktoBox HUD widget you will see your linked Box.Net folders in your Heads Up Display on

Once linked, you can work with your files in your Box.net Business or Enterprise account. You can share files with clients, prospects and people who need to make decisions on projects. We love FoneConnector and use in our office with our Fonality Unbound Hosted PBX system Whenever someone calls me, it pops up a screen like the following.
From this screen you can take notes on a call, add a project, opportunity, task, appointment, note or form. It also allows you to see the attached forms or items it is linked to. I, personally, have become completely dependent on it since testing it during the Beta.
