If you use a Mac in your business or personal life Daylite is almost THE killer app! It does have a bit of a learning curve, but after that, it is as indispensable as Outlook is in the world of Windows.

Daylite has totally replaced ACT as my tool to manage customers and prospects for new customers. It also keeps me on task with production once a client commits to a direct mail campaign. It's also a great project management tool.
