| In general has Daylite/Daylite Touch improved your life/business? | Still in the set up phase, but I see big potential for major improvement. I've come over from Salesforce, which itself was a great solution, but really best suited for larger organizations.

| What were you using before Daylite? | I've come over from Salesforce, which itself was a great solution, but really best suited for larger organizations and definitely for multi-user environments. Even though it was a web-based solution, it had really poor support for Mac users.

| Why did you choose to work with MacAngel? | MacAngel provided the perfect balance between consulting and customization support and self paced instruction (their series of Daylite webinars). Currently, I've only used the videos (I'm on my fourth) and they have been extremely useful.

| What did we do for you and why would you recommend customers to MacAngel? | Daylite was built around some powerful methodology including the Getting Things Done process. The best decision I made was to put aside what I thought I knew about CRM (customer relationship management) and how I've grown accustomed to doing things and take a fresh perspective.
The MacAngel videos really not only did a great job of showing me the "how to" info I was after with Daylite, but they explained the "why to" which is much more powerful. To make the most of this solution, I'd highly recommend getting each of the videos that are relevant to your business. |
